| The McClain disc golf course was started in March of 2006. The course completion was accomplished in phases beginning with basket installation in December of 2006 followed by tee sign and tee pads in the beginning of 2007. The course was designed by Shawn Low and Wayne Atkinson. Circular Productions was the vendor of choice for both the baskets and the tee signs. Thanks to the city of San Antonio and it's Parks and Recreation Department for their efforts and dedication to this project and to the volunteers who helped make this park a reality. | ||||||
